About Ray Binkowski

Ray has owned a training and coaching business for 19 years. For the last 12 years he owned and operated a 15,000 square foot hybrid training gym. Personally he has lost of 60 lbs and kept it off for over 20 years. He has worked with thousands including professional athletes, police/fire/military, physique competitors, Blue Chip Corporations like 3M and more. He is the author of four books and for a few years even had his own health and wellness radio show! Ray is also in his 40's and fighting age just like you!
